Special issue "Methodical manual in the magazine" contains A.V. Merzlikin recommendations for teachers on formation of high school students’ physics research competencies by the of means of cloud technologies. The manual contains the system of high school students’ physics research competencies, their structure, levels and criteria of their formation. Software for physics learning researches support is considered and classified. The tools for monitoring and diagnostics of the level of high school students’ physics research competencies are suggested.
