The special issue contains a monograph by N. O. Zinonos and O. V. Vikhrova, devoted to the problem of adapting foreign students to the study of science and mathematics in the process of preparing them for study at Ukrainian universities. The monograph theoretically substantiates the conditions for the adaptation of foreign students to the study of the disciplines of the science and mathematics, the structural and functional model of the process under study is developed, the scientific assumption that the implementation of the developed a set of conditions is effective ensures the effectiveness of the adaptation process and helps to increase the level of students' adaptability.
