Technology of creation motivational environment in distance courses
Abstract
The main aspect that we were able to save, is interactivity. Changing forms of information exchange between participants and presenter in the training format has the highest degree due to the speed and convenience of information sharing to achieve the goal of employment. Also, factors of creating the motivational environment, which were empirically distinguished helped us to significantly increase % of those who completed the summer course "Success" and part of the participants (15%) went on a course to 15-18 months instead of 12.
