Model of using of educational ICTs in the fundamental training of future engineers: the U.S. experience
Abstract
National plan of educational ICTs of the U.S. Department of Education is a learning model based on the use of ICTs and includes goals and recommendations in five key areas: learning, assessment, teaching activities, facilities and performance. The paper discusses about interpretation of each of these fields.References
