Mathematical modeling of acid-base homogeneous chemical equilibria in solution (direct problem) using the search for the optimum in Excel Solver
Abstract
This article is devoted to mathematical modeling of the acid-base homogeneous chemical equilibria in solution using search for the optimum in the Excel Solver. The article theoretically grounded model of chemical equilibrium in solution. A mathematical model is a system of algebraic equations (SAE), consists of the equation of material balance, of the equation of electroneutrality, of equations of law mass action for the particles in solution. Solution of the system is offered with the use of search of optimum in Excel Solver, the algorithm of work in him is described. This method of solving the SAE allows you to easily, quickly and more accurately than other methods, to find the equilibrium composition of the chemical system.
