Abstract
Creating a training courses for subjects in accordance with the standards of SCORM and IMS will provide interoperability and allow teachers to use the best world experience in creating learning content, pedagogical scenarios, in using and customizing the web content management system and so on, no matter by whom and by what means they were created .References
