Abstract
Until recently the leaders of enterprises and universities did not care about legality of software they use. Today they are actively interested in it. Many organizations would like to use licensed software if their financial opportunities would allow. However, we believe that the situation today is not hopeless : if you want you can find options that would work in the licensed software without spending a lot of money on it . This work aims to analyze ways to purchase the licensed software for universities.
